Healthy Weightloss Foods

Healthy weightloss foods are those foods that are high in nutrient but low in calories, especially fat calories. Food should be approached as something needed to stay healthy and something to enjoy as a treat. Losing too much weight by depriving yourself of important food elements is unwise in every respect.

You should not attempt to lose more than 2 pounds a week through calorie restriction. Losing a safe 2 pounds a week indicates you have developed a new lifestyle and your diet plan is not a rapid loss program that has no chance of long term success.

Sometimes it's good to be old-fashioned and stick with advice that makes sense. Fad diets did not use to exist. They became something marketers could use to buy into people's fears.
